Craving for some McDonald’s hotcakes for breakfast or grabbing a McSpicy for lunch? You’ll have to wait till after the ‘circuit breaker’ to get your fast-food fix. McDonald’s Singapore announced today (April 19) that it will be suspending all restaurant operations from now till May 4 – and this includes its McDelivery and drive-thru service.

In a Facebook post, the fast-food chain says that the move is a “preventive measure” – one that follows the advice from the Ministry of Health. “With the safety of all our customers and employees as the top priority, we will do all we can to help Singapore flatten the curve,” it added.

Earlier this month, several outlets of McDonald’s Singapore were found to be linked to five cases of injection.
