You might’ve seen the snaking queues at Chagee’s first Singapore outlet – or even joined them. But fans will tell you it’s worth the wait for a cup of the brand’s fragrant milk tea. With six outlets already across the island – including Orchardgateway, VivoCity, Plaza Singapura, and Raffles City – the popular China tea brand is now set to open its seventh location at Waterway Point this year.
Conveniently located near Punggol MRT, this new outlet is Chagee’s first in the heartlands, making it more accessible for residents in the Northeast.
For the uninitiated, Chagee uses premium tea leaves sourced directly from its own tea farm in Lincang, Yunnan. Each drink is freshly brewed with no added dairy creamers or trans-fat ingredients, making it a lighter, healthier alternative to typical syrupy bubble tea. It’s also worth noting that Chagee doesn’t serve toppings – it’s all about the tea.
Fan-favourite picks include the jasmine green milk tea (from $4.90), tie guan yin milk tea (from $5.20), osmanthus oolong milk tea (from $4.90), and da hong pao tea latte ($5.90).
The new outlet is set to open in June 2025. Stay updated via the Chagee Singapore Instagram page.
