Too cool to jostle with everyone else at the mass New Year’s Eve countdown events in Singapore? Set your sights on the newly revamped *Scape instead. This December 31, the lifestyle hub is hosting a New Year’s Eve countdown party driven by youth culture, with a stage line-up of 15 rising music artistes from Singapore and around the region. Titled Manifest: Music Day Out!, this shindig, spread across the Playspace on Level 1 and the Ground Theatre on Level 2, is a vibrant collision of genres to groove to: indie, alternative, and hip-hop – and you’re invited to jam along for free.
If you’re deep into the local music scene, you might recognise some homegrown names – Abangsapau is one of the more notable ones. Otherwise, take this as a chance to discover new favourites and to add their earworms to your playlist.
While you vibe, swig some craft cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. In between sets, browse a curated pop-up market with goods by independent brands and creatives, from accessories to crystal trinkets and handmade art. There will also be tarot card readings, if you’re curious to gain some clarity on what 2026 might have in store for you.
