Singapore’s wet weather streak is showing no signs of letting up. After monsoon surges in March and thunderstorms in April, the first half of May is set to bring more heavy downpours and thundery showers.
According to the National Environment Agency, inter-monsoon conditions are expected to persist into early May 2025. Expect thundery showers in the afternoons, some of which may stretch into the evenings. Sumatra squalls are also forecast to bring gusty winds and thunderstorms in the mornings on certain days.
