Enjoy sweeping views of the city from CapitaSpring, Raffles Place’s newest skyscraper. This 51-storey integrated development not only boasts office and living space, but there are also F&B establishments and a rooftop sky garden where you get to enjoy unrivalled views of Marina Bay Sands and the CBD.

Green Oasis

Nestled between the offices and serviced apartments is the Green Oasis, a botanical promenade that’s perched 100m above the ground. Sprawling across levels 17 to 20 of the CapitaSpring, this 35m-tall open area is home to 38,000 plants from over 70 species. Stroll through the lush landscaped garden with twisting aerial pathways if you wish to take a quaint respite from the scorching sun and CBD district. Enjoy other amenities in this area such as the ideation nests and work pods. Fancy a drink or a bite to eat? Pop by the newly opened cafe Sol & Luna for Latin-European fare and cocktails.

Sky Garden

Make your way to the observation deck on the 51st floor and you will be greeted with the Sky Garden. This open-air terrace offers breathtaking scenes of Marina Bay and 360-views of the surrounding area. The Sky Garden is also home to the highest urban farm, where edible plants such as turmeric, radish and spinach are grown. These plants will be part of a farm-to-table initiative for two new F&B concepts opening at CapitaSpring’s rooftop later in the year. Opening to the public in the second quarter of 2022, the Sky Garden is perfect for a romantic evening as views are particularly astounding at sunset.

Serviced apartments and hawker centre
Foodies, expect to enjoy hawker fare in CapitaSpring’s Market Street Hawker Centre, which is set to open in April 2022 with 56 stores. For couples keen to experience co-living, you can book a stay in the Citadines Raffles Place Singapore, which offers studio and loft serviced apartments.
