ICYMI, the cast of Avengers: Infinity War – namely Robert Downey Jr (Iron Man), Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) and Karen Gillan (Nebula) – and director Joe Russo will be in town on April 16 (Mon) to walk down a special red carpet event at Marina Bay Sands.
Now, before you get all excited and camp 48 hours outside of Marina Bay Sands to get a glimpse of your favourite heroes, here are a couple of important deets to take note:
- Fans must register in person at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall B, to receive a non-transferable wristband to gain access to the fan event (don't forget to bring your photo ID!)
- The registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
- You can only start queueing for the registration from 7am onwards on April 16 when the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall B opens.
- Once you've collected your wristband, feel free to enjoy screenings of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Captain America: Civil War while you wait for the red carpet to begin.
- The red carpet fan event happens from 7.30pm onwards.
To ensure safety for all, we hear there'll be bag and security checks prior to entering the Event Plaza, so be sure to pack light. Also parents, take note that fans under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
