The award-winning Formula 1 Exhibition is making its Asian debut at Gardens by the Bay, marking the first time the experience has landed anywhere in the region. Following runs in cities such as London, Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam and Melbourne, the exhibition arrives in our city as its 11th global stop.

Located at Gardens by the Bay, right next to Satay by the Bay and just a short stroll from Gardens by the Bay MRT Station, the exhibition is a deep dive into Formula 1's 76-year history.

F1 history across seven themed rooms

So, what's inside? The exhibition unfolds across seven themed rooms that explore the sport's evolution: engineering breakthroughs, greatest rivalries and defining moments.

Begin with ‘Once Upon A Time In Formula 1’, a gallery chronicling some of the championship's most iconic moments, before moving on to ‘Revolution By Design’, which explores the technology that keeps the sport going.

After, head into ‘Design Lab’, where the engineering magic behind Formula 1's fastest machines takes centre stage, before continuing into ‘Drivers and Duels’, dedicated to legendary rivalries and championship battles that have fuelled decades of races.

One of the exhibition's most impactful sections is undoubtedly ‘Survival’, which revisits Romain Grosjean's terrifying 2020 Bahrain crash. The gallery includes genuine pieces of his Haas race car, along with the gloves and boots he wore during the accident.

From there, enter ‘The Pit Wall’, a cinematic experience that places fans in the middle of the action, before concluding at ‘Singapore Drive’, a dedicated space celebrating Singapore's role in Formula 1 history and its status as one of the championship's most iconic destinations.

Legendary cars

And it wouldn’t be an F1 exhibit without cars. Among the headline exhibits is Sebastian Vettel's legendary Red Bull RB7, the car that helped secure both the Constructors' and Drivers' Championships in 2011. Driven by Vettel and Mark Webber, the RB7 dominated that season with 12 victories, including a memorable win at the Singapore Grand Prix.

Also confirmed is the 2003 BAR Honda 005, raced by Jenson Button and Jacques Villeneuve, with organisers teasing that additional historic Formula 1 cars will be announced closer to opening.

Get behind the wheel

And if you've always wanted to try driving a race car yourself, here's your chance. The exhibition will feature state-of-the-art racing simulators designed to tackle the Marina Bay Street Circuit virtually.

Beyond the simulators, visitors can expect rare artefacts, iconic race suits and helmets, interactive displays exploring Formula 1 technology, exclusive archival footage, and behind-the-scenes content contributed by some of the sport's biggest teams, drivers and experts.
