To commemorate Singapore's 54th birthday this year, tech giant Huawei will be rolling out $54 Huawei Y6 Pro 2019 from July 26 to 28. The only catch is that you have to be 50 years old and above. Other than that, it's a pretty sweet deal, considering that the usual price for the phone is $198.

The Huawei Y6 Pro 2019 comes with a 6.09-inch Dewdrop high definition display, meaning that the wider screen provides greater views for your videos, photos and favourite books. The screen also blocks out harmful blue light, which may increase the risk of macular degeneration. For smartphone photographers, the 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing camera will keep you occupied and snapping away. Aesthetics-wise, the phone looks luxe and comes in two colour variants – Midnight Black and Amber Brown.

Want the phone? Well, get queuing then – if you're 50 and above that is. The promotion is valid at all Huawei Concept Stores as well as selected retailers such as Courts and Challenger.
