Local party collective, Ciel Social, made up of three DJs – Singaporean Andre Marc, Indian Chirag K and Turkish Halis Can – are celebrating their first anniversary as a collective and they want you to party with them. Held on Saturday, 12 August at Sand Bar in Sentosa from 4pm, expect an evening of progressive house music and melodic techno by the trio and their international guest DJ. Colombian electronic music producer-DJ Kamilo Sanclemente will take over the decks for a good three hours in a sundowner set.
We had a chat with Chirag who is grateful for the year they’ve had. “Our first year has been more than we imagined, from three friends who share a passion for mixing to a community of over 1,500 music enthusiasts! We're proud of the different genre-bending event series we've brought to Singapore, from sun-soaked Social Sunsets to pulsating Sense techno nights and memorable Ciel Social Specials with international artistes.
