At 1 Caramel, you can have your cake and eat it too. With 27 freshly baked cakes to choose from, you’re bound to find a slice that satisfies your sweet tooth. For tangy, sugary craving, the lemon roulade with light mascarpone cream is recommended; for the tropical fruit lover looking to indulge, a slice of the mango mascarpone cake with a delicious coconut crumble bottom is pure heaven. Shaking things up a little is the densely textured Red Velvet cake with a dark chocolate frosting and the ultra-girly rose mousse and lychee jelly combination; both perfect with a cup of tea. There are a few more concoctions we’re dying to try on our next visit: the impressive-looking dome-shaped Sachertorte, a red miso soufflé and the D’Caramelita, which we hope tastes as yummy as its sensuous sounding name.
