Aeiou owner Dennis Lau collects discarded items – including oil drums, water pipes and vodka bottles – before upcycling them into furniture and glassware. Besides these knick-knacks, the café serves Viet iced coffee ($4.50), avocado coffee ($8), vegetable terrine with Portobello mushrooms, raisin couscous and roasted almond flakes ($22.90), and ravioli stuffed with ricotta lemon cream and parmigiano cheese in a homemade tomato stew ($17.90).
