The interiors aren’t much to look at, but you know the place is serious about its vegetarian menu when you see Buddhist monks tucking into the salads. There’s nothing terribly sophisticated about the offerings (no mock meats, for instance). Instead, dishes are simply flavoured and served up in a flash, though the wait is a little longer during lunch hours. The avocado mousse is smooth as velvet, while the gado gado is served with a terrific, crunchy almond dressing.
