There are two big draws to the Big O. One is its friendly and knowledgeable service (a novelty in Singapore); the other is its simple, well-executed, all-day menu of cakes and fuss-free meals. Think fish and chips, juicy baby ribs, fried calamari, crabmeat linguine and sides of sautéed field mushrooms. The upside-down pineapple cake is a treat.
