Chef Yew Eng Tong of Bocuse d'Or is returning to retain his championship title at the Bocuse d'Or Asia selection this June, and he needs support. The Bocuse d'Or mentorship panel is thus organizing an exclusive chef's table for 25 pax featuring a 5-course luncheon paired with wines from Primum Familiae Vini. Menu highlights include New Zealand Abalone with Caviar Duo, 55' Organic egg, smoked potato, chorizo iberico and buckwheat, and Scottish Salmon Gratinated with Almond Custard and Caramelized Almond.
