After a few false starts, the premises formerly occupied by Bice have become an Italian resto-bar run by the LifeBrandz group and helmed by Borgo’s chef Andre Badiali. The menu lists 25 varieties of pizza, 15 types of pasta and 40 Italian wines. On eyeing up the choices, we’re gunning to wolf down the oven-baked smoked cheese served with porcini, followed by the earshaped pasta with home-made pork sausage in spicy tomato sauce.
