German sausages rule at Brotzeit (German for ‘bread time’) – big fat loops of them served every which way. So do pork knuckles, ribs and schnitzels, which form the core menu of the German restaurant. Apart from their signature items like the Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter, patrons looking to have a bite of German during lunch can browse through the “Lunch Favourites” menu (Mon-Fri, till 3pm) which features a main, followed by a soup of your choice and a complimentary drink. Add-on desserts are available for an additional $5. “Dinner Specials” will also be featured alongside charcuterie platters for late-night guests. Regular menus aside, Brotzeit will also roll out a special spread of dishes every few months starring seasonal ingredients such as the white asparagus (served within 48 hours of harvest) or specialty Oktoberfest German beers.
