The first overseas outlet of this Sydney phenomenon is located at the revamped ION Orchard Food Hall – check out their chargrilled gourmet burgers made with Australian wagyu and wrapped in freshly baked buns. The Classic Charlie Burger ($15) comes with crisp lettuce, ripened tomatores and pickled gherkin drizzled with the restaurant's signature tomato sauce, free-range aoili and topped with your choice of either aged cheddar, brie, or blue cheese. Alcoholic beverages are available: Melbourne's world-famous Little Creatures, Pipsqueak ciders, and wines from Cape Mentelle and Domaine Chandon.
