The latest project by the folks behind Stateland Café, this cheekily named fast-food joint dishes up a menu of deep-fried guilty indulgences. Gun for the Korean-style fried chicken ($15.90 for eight pieces, and $29.90 for 16) sauced with spiced salted egg yolk. Classic flavours like Yangnyeom (gochujang sauce and garlic) and Ganjang (soy sauce with garlic and mirin) are available too.
On the boozy front, Kirin's on the cards with a choice of regular ($9), or yuzu, grape and lychee flavours ($10).
Desserts stay on the Korean theme with bingsu ($12.90-$13.90), but there's also a Siam-inspired Cha-Yen ($12.90) with Thai iced tea sauce and jelly, housemade red rubies, and rice cakes.
