Billed as ‘a place like home’, this casual restaurant offers a variety of favourite dishes from head chef David Ang, who returns to Singapore after cooking in private kitchens abroad for the past 18 years (including for former US president George W Bush and Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich). There’s a mix of cuisines on the menu, ranging from sashimi ($16.90) to Cowboy Steak ($35.50) and German-style pork knuckles ($36.90). Chums will also be opening a steakhouse in Toa Payoh under chef Dennis Foo.
