Three years after its closure, this former Upper Thomson Road crustacean-shucker has resurfaced and moved deeper into the heartlands, into another kopitiam space. The local flower crab still dominates the menu, as do staples like steamed crabs, crab baked rice, spaghetti and gratin. Some things never change though, so don’t expect chilli crabs at this incarnation. There’s no bonus points for spotting the soft-shelled ones either – that’s a given.
