Time Out says

Brother and sister team Kevin and Celine Yeo of dessert haven 3 Inch Sin have opened up another café to showcase the success of their kitchen experiments. Housed in offbeat enclave Holland Village, cosy 64-seater (inclusive of 22 alfresco seats) Craft Bakery & Café's trademark is one of tasteful combinations, be it in their wooden 3-block colour furniture or in their culinary creations.

The Craft Sandwich ($11.50) seems like a dubious combination at first, what with maple syrup-candied bacon, green apple slaw (a cole slaw but with green apple added in), mustard sauce and seeds, but Celine’s experimenting comes through and the sandwich is a complex blend of sweet, savory and tart flavours. Otherwise, a comfortable choice will be The Craft Shepherd’s Pie ($14), a Yeo family recipe passed down from the siblings’ grandmother.

While Craft Bakery carries 3 Inch Sin’s signature chocolate molten cakes ($9.50) for dessert, their own versions of red velvet, carrot and fudge cakes ($7.50 a slice) make a daily appearance at their pantry, together with a variety of their pastries ($2.40 - $8). Have a pastry with Papa Palheta’s new limited Throwback heavy-bodied blend of coffee with notes of chocolate and a nutty finish, or stick to the classic nutty Terra Firma with its zesty lemon overtones ($3.50 - $7.50).
