Located near the lobby of the Hotel Berjaya on Duxton Road, this Japanese-European restaurant from the Tokyo-based Copon Norp group has one major advantage in its offerings: Ozaki Wagyu. This is the only location outside of Japan to offer beef from the famous Ozaki farm, which only sells one cow per day. It’s offered here as the Duxton Steak ($70), and served with hand-cut fries and three kinds of sea salts (black, lemon and smoked), as well as local and seasonal vegetables prepared in a variety of styles.
