Sensational are the betel nut leaves wrapped around crisply sautéed dried prawns, coconut flakes, peanuts and lemongrass shards. Pair a mound of sticky rice with golden-battered tofu and a mild green fish curry spiked with slightly bitter baby eggplants. End the meal with a bowl of not-toosweet, coconut-y red ruby dessert.
