Plump snails in a fragrant butter, garlic and parsley sauce, and a slice of the quiche du jour are not to be missed, but the crêpes are what this joint’s really about – salty or sweet. Geraldine’s Favourite is also our favourite: apple slices wrapped in a thin wheat pancake, drizzled generously with home-made butter caramel and served with a side of vanilla ice cream. It is evenly crunchy and soft, sweet and salty, warm and cold.
