Time Out says
Those who like their business lunches conservative yet casual will take to this new traditional Japanese quickly. The set lunches at this plainly but tastefully decorated two-storey restaurant aren't cheap, but there's a good selection of high quality dishes to choose from.
At $38, the chirashi set includes a bowl of tobiko (flying fish roe) and nori-speckled vinegar rice topped with nine types of fish and sea creatures (including sea urchin and fish roe).
Sides include a crunchy, mayonnaise-dressed mentaiko (marinated roe of Pollock fish) salad, chawanmushi (steamed egg), miso soup and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. You can get regular ume (plum) and matcha ice creams, but there are, curiously, specials like peanut butter. Next time we’ll sit at the 12-seater sushi bar on the ground floor.
Sushi sets $20-$45. Main courses $10-$30.
