Set on the riverside stretch of Boat Quay, Hombre Cantina offers the regular chicken, pork, beef, lamb, Baja-style battered fish and roasted veggie mix-ins for burritos, tacos, rice and salad bowls ($15), including options to make the meal a healthier one with upgrades like quinoa ($2). The quick service restaurant doubles up as a considered after work watering hole, offering an extensive range of standard and rare tequilas and mezcals (over 60 at last count, tasting flights from $30) to mull over, with a selection of bar snacks like roasted Mexican corn ($7) and chicken-skin chicharrones ($10) to take away the alcoholic edge.
