By virtue of its chi-chi location at the by-invitation-only Crockfords Tower at Resorts World Sentosa, this über-zen black-and-red bathed dining salon with back-lit washi paper wall is clearly targeted at high-rollers. But if you can afford the hefty price tags – they only offer three kaiseki meals priced from $300 to $750 – it’s well worth a visit for the seasonally-inspired multiple course servings of Kyoto kaiseki. Think luscious sliced abalone served with a dollop of abalone liver sauce – by Michelin start-studded chef Kunio Tokuoka.
