Austrian by descent and master of his own establishment at a very green age of 22, mixologist owner Klaus Leopold stacks his experience working in hospitality back home and locally with the Esmirada Group to deliver a chilled out experience peddling tapas, mixed drinks and wine on Tanjong Pagar. Seating 30 for chilled out after work watering, nibbles include cured meats and cheese platters – notable is the leg of 36-month aged, gold label Iberico Bellota ($28/40g, $54/80g) – and pizzas ($15-$17) to cure the drink munchies induced by its simple list of cocktails ($15-$36) and large selection of Austrian whites and reds by the bottle ($46-$282).
