In addition to traditional pastas, the penne vodka ($28) – Spanish onion sautéed in clarified butter and sun-dried tomatoes, flamed in vodka and served with rose sauce – may perk up your tastebuds. If you don’t feel like carbs, there’s the Chilean seabass ($69) and pork ribs ($46).
