There are over 80 ingredients to choose from at this colourful DIY sushi and maki joint, which also lets you pick your choice of filling (white or brown rice) and wrap (seawood or soy-sesame). Depending on how many ingredients you get, you end up with eight rolls of the Little San ($6.90) or Mega San ($9.90), served in an adorable box.
