Pick from meats and seafood like free-range iberico pork collar ($32), wagyu ribeye with a marble score of seven ($95) and wild-caught Atlantic cod ($36) to pair with morel mushroom with merlot or shellfish bisque sauces, caramelised onion tart, risotto cakes or duck liver (add $4) and veggie sides to create your own mains plate. Given the Massive Collective’s involvement, expect a soundtrack of deep house, nu-disco and electric lounge to accompany the bar experience, which includes champagne cocktails ($27), classic cocktails ($16-$18) and late night snacks like sea urchin rice balls ($15) and fresh oysters (market price).
