Claiming to take diners on a trip around Spain’s varied cuisines from their eighth level Orchard Central perch is Milagro Spanish Restaurant. Opting for a no GST, no service charge policy, their vast menu includes a serving of chicken and seafood paella mixta ($12), Spanish style pisto manchego ratatouille ($9), solomillo iberico ($26) pork cooked a little shy of done served with applesauce and polenta and a variety of cheese and hams ($7-$12) from the Mediterranean peninsula. For communal nibbling or to accompany Milagro’s signature sangria ($12), tapas plates of marinated olives ($2), truffle oil patatas ($6) and potato patatas bravas ($6) are dished out at some of Singapore’s most reasonable prices.
