OuaM’s 25 flavours are thick blends of hand-churned ice creams and low-fat milk. Both the mini (200ml, $3.60-$4.90) and regular (360ml, $5.70-$7.90) cups are on the dinky side, but, as we learnt, they’re so thick they’re worth it. Grumbling Raisins ($3.60) is a cream-coloured rum shake speckled with rum-soaked raisins for a slight chew. The buttery rum flavour is refreshing rather than cloyingly sweet.
