The only standalone pavilion at the revamped CHIJMES, Privé’s new Instagram-worthy restaurant uses natural and raw furnishings, such as bamboo chick blinds and teak wood furniture to enhance its casual alfresco setting. Just like its original restaurant at Marina at Keppel Bay, expect old favourites like the eggs benedict ($16) and smoked duck and orange salad ($18), and new dishes like the spicy spaghetti ariabatta with pan-roasted slipper lobster ($25).
