Raffles Hotel will be hosting its fourth wine dinner at Long Bar Steakhouse. The dinner will feature fine cuisine prepared by Raffles Hotel's Executive Sous Chef Mickael Le Calvez, paired with wines from Châteauneuf-Du-Pape, paired by winemaker of Clos Saint, Jean Vincent Maurel. Dishes will include Braised Wagyu Beef Short Ribs paired with a 2004 Clos Saint Jean Rouge ‘La Combe Des Fous’ , as well as a John Dory paired with a 2011 Clos Saint Jean Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge.
