The latest addition to Clarke Quay’s ever-changing dining scene comes in the shape of this handsome, pleasingly unpretentious and good-value Brazilian churrascaria and cocktail outfit that specialises in grilled-then-slow-roasted meats, fresh salads and other Portuguese-Brazilian staples. It’s a free-flow, all-you-can-eat set-up – with an extensive salad bar that comes with a decent mix of cold beans and light pastas – with friendly passadors (meat waiters) wielding a variety of freshly cooked meats (all halal, although alcohol is served), carved straight onto your plate from the skewer at your table. And then there are the bright, Latino-accented cocktails like the fresh caipirinha made with either lemon, lime or strawberry. Does it hit the spot? Com certeza!
