At Seven, Mediterranean cuisine meets South America via a partnership with local stalwart Brazil Churrascaria. This translates into French, Italian and Spanish dishes, such as prosciutto and spicy poached pear, butternut squash and ricotta filled ravioli, roast rack of lamb, and sea bass with anchovies and dill pesto. Carnivores can fill up on lamb, beef, chicken and pork grilled on skewers, and cut straight on to the plate in slivers tableside.
