Seating only eight in an intimate space, this Japanese kaiseki is opened by one-Michelin-starred Japanese master chef Nobumasa Mieda, and run day-to-day by chefs Kenji Okumura and Keisuke Ohno.
Okumura, with more than 15 years experience at some of Japan's best as-you-like-it establishments – oversees the kaiseki elements of the meal, while Ohno's forte lies in creating sushi.
Menu items include omakase ($190) – appetiser, assorted sashimi, omakase dishes, nigiri sushi, ohitashi, roll sushi – for dinner, and bara chirashi ($60), which comes with appetiser, chawanmushi, ohitashi, soup and dessert for lunch. If you just want some assorted sushi, go for the seven piece ($80) or nine piece sets ($100).
