The casual offshoot of fine dining Indian cuisine restaurant Rang Mahal, Table is the newly revamped Naumi Hotel's new full-serviced restaurant. Conceptualised with a similar philosophy of giving the traditional cuisine a modern and healthy spin, Table notably serves up bento-style lunches with just-right servings of cauliflower gobi matter, chickpea dal tadkewali, brown and red rice pilafs and tandoori roti to accompany tandoori meats and vegetarian-friendly mushrooms ($15). The invention also carries through in the chilli cheese kulzza ($6) – a tandoor-fired naan topped with cheddar, chilli and coriander – as well as a spiced cauliflower soup perfumed with a drizzle of truffle oil ($7) and dessert options like a coconut milk popsicle paired with fresh raspberry and chia seeds ($11). Keeping things friendly for the international crowd that comes through the hotel’s doors, the lobby space also offers a limited menu of Western standards like fish & chips ($22) and pizzas ($18-$20) in the off-hours.
