Six-in-one ramen-ya on Circular Road, Takumen, serves soup noodles from six popular ramen-yas in Japan – and you can expect their authenticity. Try the Yokohama Iekei Ramen by Sakutaya ($16.90), with its 15-year-old chicken and pork broth recipe; the Tori Paitan Ramen ($14.90) by Tokyo Ramen of the Year (2010, 2011) awardee, with chicken and vegetable broth and juicy chunks of chicken breast; and Bingiri’s Katsuura-style Tantanmen ($19.90), served dry-ish with chilli pastes.
