Founded by 49-year-old Joseph Lee, an ex-IT exec who left the corporate world (after 22 years in the business) to pursue his passion for baking at the French Culinary Institute in New York, this sleek space features a heavenly-smelling selection that includes delectable treats such as Farmer's Walnut Sourdough ($8.50), Panne Alle Patate ($3.90), Country Baguette ($2.90), Pain Au Fromage Sourdough ($8.50), Chocolate Walnut Bakka ($2.80) and much more. The bakery may be a little hard to spot – it shares half the space with pau shop Choon Ming Bao Dian – but once you sink your teeth into one of their deliciously unique breads, you'll definitely be making your way back to this hidden gem for more.
