Inspired by cuisines from around the globe, chef Christopher Tan serves simple food from the heart. Modest wooden furniture and a white-tiled counter support the cosy vibe of the café. Try the miso aglio olio ($16) showered with crispy roasted shimeji mushrooms and shavings of dried shitake. The pork shoulder in the pulled pork burger ($18) is braised for 12 hours in barbecue sauce with hints of beer before being served with purple cabbage slaw, onion rings, truffle fries and mesclun salad.
