Le Cordon Bleu-trained chocolatier, Teng Ei Liang, shuts shop on his Telok Ayer sweets shop selling chocolate truffles, cakes and tarts citing rising rents. From Aug 10, his whole cakes and tarts will be available for pick up and delivery at Five and Dime (a restaurant he co-owns).
