2016 Singapore Fete le Champagne

The annual champagne appreciation event, 2016 Singapore Fete le Champagne, is back at the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. Champagne enthusiasts can sample from renowned champagne houses including Roederer, Bollinger, Perrier-Jouët, Taittinger and Billecart-Salmon. A five-course dinner is served with the flutes of champagne featuring poached lobsters, foie gras poele and braised beef short ribs.
