Founded in 2018, dessert café A Summer in Paris offers a range of divine looking confections that double as works of art. The confections are created in collaboration with French pastry chef Yann Brys, who was awarded the prestigious Meilleur ouvrier de France in 2011, an accolade given to the best pastry chefs in the country. Confections here are made fresh daily, unlike other pâtisseries where cakes and tarts are frozen and brought in from overseas.
