Sample the exquisiteness of French desserts as pastry chef Nicolas Lambert of two-Michelin-starred Caprice at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong makes his way down to the Tea Lounge at Regent Singapore for a weekend stint. On October 14, Regent’s traditional three-tier afternoon tea set will be reinvented to feature chef Lambert’s fluffy golden pear profiteroles and maple cream, matcha biscuits with strawberry, and chocolate fingers with hazelnut crisp. Likewise, the weekend high tea buffet will feature traditional desserts such as Paris-Brest and the chef’s signature lemon pie. There’ll also be a live station where, throughout the three days, guests will be able to witness Chef Lambert create his innovative desserts right before their eyes.
