Prepare for nine days of feasting and imbibing during the AccorHotels Singapore Food & Wine Festival. From November 4 to 12, AccorHotels’ top chefs and mixologists from 15 hotels from the group such as Raffles, Fairmont Singapore and SO Sofitel Singapore are serving up exclusive tasting menus and drinks that showcase the best they have to offer. The festival set menus have something for everyone: wallet-friendly lunch options, indulgent dinner menus for a night out and a host of other fringe events – here’s what you should not miss.

Poolside summer fun

To kick off the festivities with a splash, there are five pool parties held at different locations on November 4. Gain access to two huge outdoor pools when you participate in the joint party between sister hotels Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. A DJ spins out tracks on deck while guests tuck into a seafood-centric barbecue menu.

Alternatively, hit Mercure Singapore Bugis for a party with a view, Hotel Ibis Styles Macpherson for a relaxed tropical beach affair, SO Sofitel Singapore for an escape from the bustle of city life or Swissôtel Singapore Merchant Court for a more elegant affair by the Singapore River.

There’s even a class that lets you express your creative side with latte art.
