Travel the world without leaving ADRIFT's Cali-cool dining room. Celebrity chef David Myers boosts his regular appearances at his Marina Bay Sands restaurant with a dinner series that has him turning out destination-inspired dishes with his chef and bartender pals.
Kicking off the Gypset Dinners series is Myers' collaboration with chef Masakazu Ishibashi, executive head chef of Tokyo-style Sushi Ichi with restaurants in Ginza, Singapore, Bangkok and Jakarta, and dapper barman Daiki Kanekata, owner of Ginza-style D.Bespoke on Bukit Pasoh. Highlights of the 13-course menu ($275/person) include crab risotto with salmon roe and sea urchin, and charcoal-kissed tuna cheek, as well as Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki cocktails mixed artfully by Kanekata.
