Master Pâtissier Éric Lanlard is in Singapore to present some of his signature desserts in a delectable high tea spread at the Brasserie Les Saveurs. The two-time winner of the Continental Patissier of the Year at the British Baking Awards and owner of Cake Boy in London is known for putting a French twist on the English tradition of afternoon tea. Expect highlights like lemon macarons with a smoked salmon centre, raspberry choux craquelin buns and a crab tart inspired by Singapore's iconic chilli crab.
Afternoon tea ($58) is served from Mondays to Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm, and on Sundays from 4pm to 6pm.
