This humble cake shop, which sees long queues across its 14 outlets in Malaysia, has finally reached our shores. Specialising in Castella cakes ($8), Ah Mah bakes its cakesgoods fresh on-site daily. There’s also a cheese ($11) Castella cake that’s baked with a layer of cheddar cheese in the middle and topped with parmesan.
